There are inclined plate groups inside the upper box, which are composed of several independent inclined plate units. The processed materials enter from both sides of the lower end of the inclined plate units. Above the inclined plate groups, there is an overflow groove that runs through the entire length, and the bottom of the groove has throttling holes to create hydraulic back pressure for external overflow, ensuring that the load of each inclined plate unit is uniform and preventing radial turbulence. The lateral semi countercurrent feeding method allows the sinking solid particles and the ascending clear liquid to flow in their respective paths without interfering with each other. The thick mud sliding down along the inclined plate enters the lower cone, undergoes compression dehydration, and is discharged by gravity. Mechanical vibration can also be used to smoothly discharge the thick mud. The concentration process of the inclined plate concentrator is completed separately in each independent inclined plate channel. Fine particle overflow or clean water is directly discharged horizontally from the overflow surface of each channel, shortening the overflow discharge path and effectively solving the problems of short circuit and circulation of fine particles in the overflow discharge process, ensuring that the equipment obtains a high grading concentration efficiency.
